As part of our ongoing commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all our pupils, we are asking all parents and carers to ensure that the school has at least two emergency contacts listed for their child. This can be done via your Arbor app.

Having more than one emergency contact allows us to contact a trusted adult promptly if we are unable to reach a parent or carer in an emergency. This is particularly important if a child becomes unwell, has an accident, or if there is another situation where we need to make contact with someone who can respond quickly.

Please ensure that the school has up-to-date details for:

1. Primary contact – parent/carer.
2. Secondary emergency contact – another trusted adult who is authorised to be contacted if we cannot reach you.

Please check that all telephone numbers, email addresses and other contact information currently held by the school are correct. If your circumstances or contact details change, please inform the school as soon as possible so that our records can be updated.

We appreciate that families’ circumstances are different. If you have any difficulty providing a second emergency contact, please speak to the school office so that we can discuss this with you confidentially.
